1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Rhino Innovations SA website and your purchase of products and services from us. Rhino Innovations SA is based at 89 Taft Street, Brakpan, Gauteng, South Africa. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & services

We manufacture and sell the Rhino Craft Series of CNC machines, and offer CNC cutting, engraving, and signage services. Machines are built to order — current estimated turnaround times are shown on the Craft Series page and may vary. We reserve the right to update pricing, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received. We accept payment via PayFast (card and Instant EFT) or direct bank transfer — see our Payments & Security page for details. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

4. Warranty

Every Rhino Craft Series machine is covered by our 12-month Rhino Tough Warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty covers replacement parts only — it does not cover labour or travel costs, and does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear items (such as belts, bits, or brushes), or usage beyond the machine's intended operating conditions.

5. Delivery & collection

We offer delivery at an additional cost, courier, or collection from our workshop in Brakpan — whichever suits you best. Delivery and courier fees are calculated based on distance and confirmed with you before your order is finalised. Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivered or collected.

6. Cancellations & returns

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, cancellation fees will apply, calculated based on the value of the order and work already committed or completed at the time of cancellation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino Innovations SA's liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or profits arising from use of our machines or services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
