Our story

Between hobbyand industrial.

Rhino Innovations is a South African CNC machine maker in Brakpan, Gauteng. We design, build and support the Rhino Craft range: CNC routers that close the gap between hobby machines and full industrial equipment, without the industrial price.

Every machine is built and tested in our own workshop before it leaves, and carries our 12-month Rhino Tough warranty. Manufacturing, software and support all stay in-house, so when something needs attention you talk to the people who built your machine, not a call centre.

2015

It started as a hobby.

A machine in a garage, built to see what was possible.

Then

Demand picked up.

Just before Covid, people started asking for machines of their own.

2020

Lockdown changed everything.

With so many people at home wanting to make things, demand took off and the hobby became a business.

Now

Machines, software, support.

Three ranges, our own control software, a client portal, and a workshop that keeps growing.
