Log a ticket here, email support@rhino-innovations.co.za or call 087 265 9998 during office hours (Mon–Thu 09:00–16:00, Fri 09:00–13:00). We don't take calls after hours, on weekends or on public holidays unless an appointment has been made — tickets logged then are picked up on the next working day.
